n this mission, we have six Islands, one looks recognizable and a new one, and the new problem. The other four island are mostly very small(you could build on them for the houses, but two islands with these amounts it may be pressing)and better for production to Riverplunge Island and River Plunge 2 Island. I'd suggest putting the larger needed amount on the new island and the lesser amount on the old one, but its up to you The requirements are: Two Cities one having 1600 inhabitants 1200 of them being citizens, the other being 1000 inhabitants 800 being citizens. No south islands so no spices but you can get citizens with tobacco and alcohol.
